There is no operating system installed on this unit. The HP Z420 gives you professional expandability in an accessible tool-free mini-tower form factor-all at a great price. A video card was installed in this system at our facility in order to test the system set-up any Raid configurations and update the BIOS. Because you are purchasing a system with No OS we removed our test video card and you will need to install your own video card before installing an OS.

Either Raid 0 or Raid 1 can be requested with 2 drives. And systems built with 3 or more drives can be set-up in Raid 0 Raid 1 or Raid 5 (provided the motherboard supports Raid 5). Due to the lack of availability of the hard drive trays for Z420s we will only include as many hard drive trays as there are hard drives indicated in the listing.
