Elegance ZXP 486DX/SX 7Mb RAM TEAC FD-505 Combo 3.5 + 5.25 PC Clone Computer

Elegance ZXP 486DX/SX 7Mb RAM TEAC FD-505 Combo 3.5" + 5.25" with 33Mhz Speed PC Clone Computer. I opened up the computer and with an air compressor, I blew out all the dirt and dust.

I gently wiped down the inside and pressed down on all the chips. I reseated the any internal cables. I washed the outer case.

The case is in near perfect condition and will come with the keys. The computer powered up and booted up to 486DX/SX ISA BIOS Version 6.10 with 7Mb of Extended Memory. The CMOS battery is dead which cleared out all the settings for the HDD. I ran the specs on the Micropolis 1624 hard drive online and couldn't find the settings. There were 40 present settings and I tried everyone but none allowed the logic board to talk to the HDD.

Or, just change the HDD. Without the hard drive, I was not able to test everything including the internal floppy drives.

Again, this computer was well taken care of except for letting the CMOS battery die and losing the settings for the hard drive. The computer comes with the following. Adaptec 429307-00 SCSI Expansion Card. Please see photos for content and physical condition.

Please ask prior to purchasing the computer. Keep in mind, that I mainly sell vintage computers and vintage computer accessories.

That said even though the box/item may not show damage, the internal mechanism may have been damaged or jarred from a rough truck and/or plane ride. I will work with ALL my customers to resolve the problem. Personally, I do not think that this is an acceptable way to return items.
